Tobun Honoured with Best of Africa Baobab Award for Business

London, UK — October 2025: In the same weekend, Dr Tevin Tobun receives the Best of Africa (BOA) Baobab Award for Business and is named among the 100 most influential Black Britons in The Powerlist 2026.

To be recognised by both prestigious organisations in the same weekend, Tobun said, was “deeply humbling and a moment I will never forget.”

A Message of Gratitude

"That weekend was one celebration after another," said Tobun. "Alongside being recognised as a 2026 Powerlistee, I was also in shock to receive the Baobab Award for Business at the BOA Awards. I had no clue I was going to win an award that night.

"I could not be more thankful. My gratitude goes out to every colleague, mentor, friend and supporter who has encouraged me and continues to inspire me. It's others belief in me that pushes my boundaries and lets me lead with purpose."

Tobun's recognition celebrates his continued work as Founder and CEO of GV Group and Routd Technology, an innovation-driven logistics enterprise that combines artificial intelligence, data visibility, and sustainability to improve how essential goods move from suppliers to communities across the UK and beyond.

Under his leadership, Routd has expanded across the UK, Europe and North America, supporting sectors such as education, healthcare, and foodservice with smarter, more resilient supply-chain solutions.

Tobun reflected on the broader meaning of the awards:
