Tobun's Routd Adds Transport Tech Company of the Year to a Growing List of Industry Recognition

Dr Tevin Tobun's logistics technology company, Routd, has been named Transport Tech Company of the Year at the UK Business Tech Awards 2026.

The award was presented at the ceremony on Wednesday 9 July 2026, with the Transport Tech category honouring companies redefining how the industry operates through technology and automation. Judges praised Routd as a credible challenger making clear, measurable impact in the logistics sector in a short timeframe - specifically highlighting the platform's ability to move beyond data analysis to deliver genuinely forward-looking operational insights. The Routd team attended the evening alongside other leading businesses recognised for their contribution to innovation across the UK tech sector.

Thinking Ahead

For Tobun, the win reflects something he has believed since day one - that logistics technology should be built around where the industry is heading, not where it currently stands.

Reflecting on the recognition, Tobun said:

"Having spent my whole career in logistics, I've seen how quickly the industry moves and how easy it is to fall behind. Routd was built on the belief that great technology shouldn't just solve today's problems - it should already be working on tomorrow's.
