Tevin Tobun, Founder and CEO of ROUTD Technology and GV Group, recently joined a distinguished panel at the MSDUK (Minority Supplier Development UK) event, sharing his entrepreneurial journey and powerful insights into building resilient, purpose-driven ventures.

The panel was hosted by MSDUK CEO Reshma Sheikh, and featured visionary leaders including Georgina Wilson FRSA, Saleem Beg (Custom Software), and Dele Arogundade. The discussion centered on the challenges of entrepreneurship, the importance of building supportive networks, and how business resilience fuels long-term success.

Tobun offered a compelling reflection: “The entrepreneurial journey is tough, but incredibly rewarding. The feeling of going through it alone is real, which is why building strong networks to exchange ideas is so important. Above all, never let anyone steal your dream.”

He also drew inspiration from Emile Heskey, the former England international footballer, citing Heskey’s reinvention from athlete to business figure as a powerful example of adaptability and personal growth.

At ROUTD Technology, Tobun applies that same mindset to drive innovation in field operations management. The company's mission is to streamline and simplify operations through tech-powered solutions that help businesses improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and achieve sustainable growth.

“If you love your business idea, and you’ve done your research - what are you waiting for? Look for your north star and be the best version of yourself. See you at the top.” - Tevin Tobun
